Judi started out as a one person real estate operation in the early 1990’s just when the real estate market was showing some strong signs of growth. Judi quickly learned the real estate market by studying what homes were selling for, the various price points for different style of homes and neighborhoods.
Her tough negotiating skills and her ability to put the best deals together quickly made her a name for herself in the local (real) estate market! She understood the emotional roller coaster of selling a home, as well as buying one and through this she quickly gained a reputation for being the best, and her business grew. The first person she hired was an administrative assistant who would run the business, and quickly added her first buyer specialist to assist her and still give the best service possible…The SAY-HAY Team was born!
Judi has lived in Pittsburgh all her life and knows all of the various areas to live, the areas to visit and tour, what social events are going on and where are the best places to eat.

Business Operations
Jeannine brings extensive real estate knowledge and business operations experience to The SAY-HAY Team because of her past employment experiences with other broker companies.
Jeannine is responsible for the day to day operation of The SAY-HAY Team, such as working with our Seller Listings, working with our network of Realtors, local and out of state, and researching the real estate market on a daily basis to stay abreast of fluctuations and market trends.
Once your home is on the market, she continues to evaluate your home by previewing competing properties, networking and obtaining feedback from Realtors showing your home and analyzing the markets.

Buyer’s Specialist
As a full time buyer and Relocation Specialist with The SAY-HAY Team, Dawn previews properties daily, knows the current inventory and is aware of the latest market conditions. This allows Dawn to know the market values of properties, which in turn, narrows down the field of the best valued properties that meet her client’s specific criteria. Dawn’s clients include first-time, move-up, down-sizing and new construction, as well as investors purchasing rental properties.
Dawn is very aggressive while negotiating the terms of contracts in her client’s interest. Being a Pittsburgh native, Dawn has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, area and specific communities within, which means she will be able to provide you with professional guidance and representation throughout the entire process.
