Our preparation is to complete a Market Study of your home, which not only includes providing a

Together, we will complete a “goals and objectives” check list in order for us to show our true
commitment in being your Realtor.

I will be a “Reality Check” for what is happening in the current market.

I will provide you with continuous updates throughout the selling process.
